I have cable internet and i Also live in montana so i have the best net here but i m getting pings of above 200 is there a way to config it so i can get the best net usage while i play please help me out

broadbandreports.com, go there and do the speed test then do the tweak test to see if any of your settings are bad.

Ok also when i get server list i get latency of 5 or so to alot of them so i dont understand why im lagging so bad

your right where you should be, I dont know why you would be lagging. Did you do the tweak test and have no problems?

yes besides the tcp i was suppose to put it between 30000 and 70000 and i did it and i tested it again and it said ok on everything hey you have a xfire or msn messy so i could talk to you on there
