Need help with one tiny iddy biddy thing

Can someone leave a link to .gif editor so I can change the dimension (pixel x pixel) so I can change my new avatar to the required size?

I assume you mean a still gif editor? Not animated gifs? Can't you do that with MSpaint?

Or Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop. All that could be find from technically any P2P network.

it is 128x82 pixels... If someone wants to change it themselves I will attach it here when they ask...
