need help with steam

anyone know why the wrting in steam is messed up when i laod any games like half life (see screenshot) and also if i can i be logged on to play agmes on steam with same sccount on 2 different pc's.

lol forgot to add screen shot and the font is fine only when i start a game.

a) You have corrupt fonts/Windows installation, the only solution is to repair Windows b) no c) there is a dedicated Steam forum a long way above this one.

... Before you repair windows (Or well, go do that), but anyway, if it doesn't fix it, then check in View - Textsize.
