So I have about 600-800$ to build my first comp. A gaming comp. I was wondering if anything could help me into the what's hot category and where I may find the best bang for my buck. Im currently an AMD 64 kiddie any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

What kind of PSu would work with amd64 and probably a 6600gt? Would an antec or coolermaster 350watt suit it?

yeah 350'd be enough, antec, enermax, ocz are good brands- make sure you get a good brand. If you plan to upgrade sometime in the future a 400-450w psu might be better as it will save you buying a whole new one later.

Im tihnking of going with a base of a
MSI K8N Neo 2 Platinum
AMD 3000+ Venice
and Gigabyte 6600GT

I dont think the 350 will be enough so if I have enough money Ill probably buy a 500w fortron with 32amps total? Thanks though. I think im just going to get the Sonata Case and 380w combo because the 12v rail has a 24amp and Ive been browsing the MSI forums and saw that would be sufficient
