Need help

Hey, i'm upgrading my PC soon, the only things that i feel need upgrading is my mobo, ram and cpu. I'll be getting a AMD 64 3500+ Venice 90nm Socket 939 cpu, but i'm stuck on what motherboard to get and memory..i've not bothered with hardware sites since last year and i haven't got a clue about all this new memory. Can someone reccomend a good mobo and RAM for that CPU and an X800pro AGP card. Cheers

Under £400 would be nice. I'd rather get a SLI/PCI express motherboard but that would mean ditching my X800pro right? which i wont be doing

I'm not binning a card i payed £320 for not that long ago.

Will http://usa.asus.com/products/mb/socket939/a8v-d/overview.htm work? its socket 939 and AGP, is it any good? cheers.

Ill be interested to see what happens in this area- id rather not think about having to ditch my agp 6800gt for my next upgrade, but the way things are going so far, looks like im going to have to
