OK My card:
Radeon 9700 pro

What i bought:
ICEBERQ 4 cooling fan

I am really lost on what to do. Do i basicaly screw off the old fan on the graphics card, apply the thermal tape or the thermal grease? whats the RAM heatsink? Do i need the RAM heatsink and the cooling fan or just use the fan? Someone just please give me a step by step procedure, thanks.

You need to wipe off the old thermal paste and put new paste on. Use Rubbing Alcohol.
You should put both the fan and the RAM sinks on.

Should have come with instructions. If not, check the manufacturers site or Google.

The instructions come with a small book with 2 pages, one for ram and fan instructions, which each have 2 steps in them:/ But i think i get the hang of it now. First i unscrewed the old fan, removed it, took off the plastic pieces that bolted down the old heatsink, put the card back into my computer and turned it on, then left it on for five minutes, getting the card hot, put a credit card under the side of the heatsink and put in a butter knife, popped it off, cleaned the chip off with a cotton swab and perfume (because it has alchohol), then put a layer of thermal past on, put on the new fan, now i'm about to put the thermal paper strips with the ramsinks onto the 4 surrounding chips next to the GPU. am i doing fine sofar?

Well i finished putting it all together and it don't work:( same freaking problem.
