Need little tool for testing Internet Speed

My ISP has had a bit of downtime last week, and sice then my internet browsing has been sluggish. As a result I am interested to find out the speed.

I don't need tools to check my download and upload rate, but if the Internet Speed Monitoring tool comes with it, then I'm not too botherd, thanks.
