Need Partitioning software

Anyone know of any good, simple, and easy to use Partitioning software?

Time to reformat the Dell XPS and get all this useless poop off ma compy.

You can create a partition when you install windows. At least with my copy of XP you can. There are various types of Windows packages though.

I want to create a partition, move my crap into the back-up partition, then reformat everything that's not my backup.
