Need some help finding a particular sound

I seriously need some help finding a sound file of HL2 that goes like this : "Waiting for suspect"

I've heard it in the demo and I'm quite sure I've heard it in the game too, but I can't find it anywhere in the .GCF files. I've looked in "source sounds.gcf", but I can't find it anywhere there. I've looked in metrocop, combine soldier and a few other combine troop sound directories.
