It is a caculus problem. Here it is: Convert log17^34.9 to base 7. I have no idea and you guys are my last resort. Thanks yo.

Thats more like pre-calc, and its not as hard as it seems

To change the base of a log you just take log base whatever your new base is of the number you were originally logging, over log base your new base of the old base.

basically:
logb(x) = logc(x)/logc(b)

Man, I am so glad I never have to take a math course EVER AGAIN.
