Need some ideas for English talk!

So next week i have to do a presentation in English and I don't know what to do it on, any ideas?
(NO HL2, as there are girls in my class and i don't want to look like a total nerd) and the talk must be between 2-5 mins.

Some people have decided what they are doing and one was a talk on why boys are better than girls (why didn't i think of that) and someone else was gonna do a talk on beating (that crappy thing where you beat trees and stuff to get birds out to be shot) he then decided he didn't want to do that when he searched "beating" on google images (try it, it's either first page or second you will see what i mean when you see it).

Talk about Brasil nuts and how they grow in packages....not plastic mind you. Just cheap shoddy natural packaging. Doesn't even have the ingredients on.

My brother basically did that talk in English for a a 5 minute presentation. Its not nerdy (thats if of course, you don't sound too interested ina serious way ) and in fact doing something a little offhand and different like that can put you in good stead.

For my English presentation (man, it feels like ten years back! Oh, wait...) I just talked about my Work Experience. Mostly involved detailed explanations of how I kept hiding from my supervisor and how the only new knowledge I gained consisted of how to repair and run a damn coffee machine. Got an A for it.

Talk about something you feel strongly about, but don't push it or try to be too serious... I'd do something about scapegoatism and the knee-jerk reactions to gaming violence, but since I genuinely believe that those subscribing to the "all games= evil" school of thought need to be beaten with a cricket bat, I don't think I'd be able to remain objective.

That's all well and good if you don't care about the teacher's reaction or your grade I did that for a persuasive essay once. I argued the educational merit of writing essays for english class. She wrote the comment, "If you had spent the same amount of effort writing a normal essay instead of one bitching about the assignment, I would have given you an 'A' "

That is actually a good idea, and I've done it in several classes, but the teacher, who is forced to give you a good grade for a quality project, will never be nice to you again.
