Need Suggestions for new Heatsink/fan

Ok well I have a AMD Athlon xp 3000+ and with my current heatsink I get some pretty hot temptures. At start up I get like 109 F right now its running at 145 F which just went up to 149F. It'll go all the way up 170+ F if not more. I was thinking about getting this heatsink/fan http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835183106

In any case does anyone have any suggestions for a good (not too expensive) heatsink/fan?
