NeedHelp- HL2 Model Viewer Error At Start Up.

Hopefully someone will be kind enough to help.

Well. When i go to start the Half-Life2 Model Viewer i see these errors - CLICK

The model viewer works with Counterstrike.
Is there anyway i can fix this?
