NES/SNES Games on Wii

Is it possible to get NES/SNES games on Wii with your Wii not being connected to the internet? I've been playing Super Paper Mario and got a craving for Super Mario Bros/World on Wii, but I don't have the stuff to connect my Wii to the net.

Well, it's not that it's Wireless or anything - It's that it's dial-up...

I was just thinking that I could put ROMS/Emulators/Files on an SD card or a burned CD or something, then transfer it to the Wii that way..
