netscape browser help

how do i clean the histroy and cookies from netscape? when i go to control panal internet options it only cleans out IE?

help.

EDIT: ive seemed to of lost that little quickluanch icon, which minimizes all windows.

how do i get it back?

Edit, Preferences, Under navigator tab click history.
