Never Received Activation EMail

Damnit, I registered with the steam forum, and they said 'We've sent an activation email to your account'.

(YES the email was correct)

I have not received one, and its been a day. They are meant to be instant. The annoying thing is, I cannot re-request an activation email, and I can't PM an admin because 'My account isn't activaed'

What can I do? When I go to the forum it won't let me register under another name.

do you use hotmail or some sort of spam filter?

If you use hotmail, check your junkmail folder, maybe it has been filtered out as spam.
