morrowind has nothing on nwn and nwn is probably the best pc rpg, ever, though others likes baldurs gate/icewind dale/fallout come very close.

it depends on what style you like, personally i prefer Morrowind to NWN

having said that Fallout and Baldur's Gate are on another level, they're better games than either Morrowind or NWN
