I wouldn't necesssarily be so quick to jump to that conclusion, whatever it may appear like in the pics. The environments are supposed to be huge and sprawling, covering three large cities and the vast areas in between them. Whether or not it is all seamless and capable of being streamed is another issue, but they are supposed to be extremely extensive, so we'll just have to see when it releases and I can't wait!

Hopefully it'll be, otherwise I would be pretty disappointed given the fact that Oblivion did it quite good.
