On the official site a few days ago there was a "game demo" section. Then BF42 reported it in the news and now its gone, along with the news post. A surprise, perhaps? I would really like a demo of the game before buying it.

two bad its not an engine update and mods are incompatible with both

still buying bf:v il just think of it as standalone mod for bf1942 though and hopefully it will get some mods of its own... its wierd maybe mod teams can make versions for both like the DC guys or EOD guys

Just hover over the 'Features' option on the left hand-side bar under 'Game Info' and you'll see the lists including all the weapons and vehicles.

US have 12 wepons listed. 12 vehicles.

NVA have 16 weapons listed. 12 vehicles.

There's a great variety in how the 2 sides will be able to utilize their armaments.

acctually, the engine is updated. from refractor 2 to refractor 3. Also, id like to say the M-16 looks hideous imo. hope the release stays on time.... Unlike other games (HL2!!!...)

they also put the bullet ejectors on the wrong sides. Meaning the guns are being held the wrong way like in CS... kinda bothers me.
