where's your header/banner? you're going for a Digg style layout which is nice and clean but the calender icon is a little big: it's distracting

I was seeing how it worked with a subtle header but I've looked at it some more and it just doesn't fit, I'll definently change it.

yes the new one ..it needs a header ..the old one is ok but the name of site should stand out not the header image itself
