picked up don king prizefighter over the weekend...the create a boxer mode was pretty cool...better detail than i expected...had a blast pretty much all weekend playing it...anyone else checked it out..

Yeah I thought it was pretty crappy. The create a fighter was very in depth but that was about it. The collision detection was just horrible. Fight Night round 3 is definitely the better boxing game. It did get a little better the longer I played, but still wasn't that great.

I'd give it a 6.5/10

On another note, I'm looking forward to this UFC game that is going to be released in Spring. They recently released some actual gameplay footage of it. I'm a huge MMA fan and it looks great. They still even have about a year to work on it.

Played the demo, had the other boxer start doing a ton of combos while I fumbled around with the wonky controls, then I exited it and put fight night in.

Pretty much every boxing game ever should go with that total control scheme.
