i find that changing the gamma setting in-game does not do a whole lot.
what software are u using with ur video card? try turning up the gamma/contrast/brightness settings up before u enter the game.. that might help.

a solution that worked for me was using Powerstrip which has alot of different settings and stuff but also has hotkey options to adjust the gamma/contrast/brightness in-game and on the go.

for me most programs did not work but Powerstrip did so that is why im using it...look into it if u have darkness problems.

in console type gamma and then press enter
that should tell u the current setting and if u want to increase/decrease it, just add desired number.

The new T models are indeed darker. Looks wise, nothing great but I don't care that much. My only concern is that they now look like CT's from certain angles and lighting which has caused one too many TK's for my liking.
I like the lack of choice of models now as it gives a clear seperation between the teams but that has now been removed by such similar looking models. Make the T's a lighter colour (I second the 1337 crew calls!) are jobs a gooden.
