Hey guys, I just picked up a digital camera the other day.. and haven't stopped taking pictures since! As I'm new to photography, don't be too harsh on me. Comments/Crits welcome .

You know how everyone is starting up a photoshop contest? How would everyone feel about a photography contest? Someone picks a topic/subject and everyone has to get shots of it, and naturally the best one wins. Maybe like plants, signs, vehicles, ect.

Gabe newell: we decided to scrap Hl2 and go right on to "Hl6: Reality, boring as hell...but oh, so realistic!", yes, this plant on the wall can be bent, broken, and even smoked, and a new feature, it will make you waffles TOTALLY UNSCRIPTED!, but its a design decision, not a technical limitation

So let's decide on a category, how is "signs"? It's a nice sized category I think. There are signs everywhere. We should also come up with some rules. Here is what I think...

Digital Editing : Allowed
Color and BW : Allowed
Someone Elses Work : Not Allowed ( everything must be yours in the shot )

How does this sound? Also, the shot must contain some type of "sign" to be a valid entry..

Haha! Yeah, you are right.. I am from The Woodlands. Who are you? wouldn't it be weird if we knew eachother? Sorry for the late response by the way. Usually I check up on these forums pretty often, but I just got Max Payne 2, and that's taking up most of my free time right now .

edit: also... I edit my gallery almost daily so I'm guessing you meant that nsx? That isn't mine ( but I wish ). Just a car I found in panther creek. I drive a 1991 Blue Toyota Camry
