New Fallout 3 & Tiberium: CnC FPS Screenshots

Yeah, so? I didn't have any CnC 3 on my computer, you can always mute it

What the **** is Buttercup doing on the first vid. Seriously. What the ****. Also, you just repeated the images on #2. You probably did that with the first but I wasn't really paying attention.

:|

You got my hopes up.

gb2/fail/ kthanx

wtf is that ugly ass weapon in the FH3 vid?

I prefer 1280 Jpg's not some gay ass videos. Youtoube ruins quality of internet :D
I love "HL2:EP2 HD TRAILER" on that site:p

I thank youtube for their mute function.

Tiberium doesn't look too bad. Terribly generic looking, but I can forgive that in soldier design. The lame-ass walkers suck though. What happened to tanks again? Those profiles look like they'd be easy as **** to RPG.

The Scrin towers in major cities look awesome. Hopefully that's not some of the concept art the guy who made the video snuck in.

**** you then for not liking classic Moe Town, everyone has their tastes. =/

Music aside slide show videos are terrible. Why people make them and then upload them to low quality services such as youtube which destroy the images is beyond me.

Can I post my crap? Pleasepleasepleaseplease? D:

What have they done to the Scrin? I liked the non-humanoid tanks and soldiers. What's with these humanoid walkers?

The real Scrin maybe? You must remember that in CnC3 it was a robot task force

But we know what the real Scrin look like! We had an entire Scrin campaign to see it!

So what was the music in the first video?
Motown, and whats the name of the song?

That was the harvesting force. This is the invasion force.

Which means that Earth is going to get pwn3d because McNeil prevented the launch of the WHAM.

I didn't mean the combat drones. I meant the Scrin themselves. You know, the floaty jelly-fish things?

Yeah, I suppose they could be new drones, but the humanoid shape seems rather stupid to me. Why humanoids? It looks like they just wanted to make animation easier.

Then again, that is like asking why the Scrin have tripods, so I'll stop now.

I didn't read the McNeil book. What happened in it? Unless you are referring to the WAM, as in World Altering Missile from TS.

One sentence: custom made war machines suited for Earth's atmosphere and combat zones created after evaluating the records of human resistance against the Scrin harvesters.

The latter, which would transform the world and humanity so that we could resist the Scrin properly.

Wait, was the WAM the Nod missile? How would that help us resist them?

I suppose he means that turning us from carbon-based life into tiberium-based life would have allowed us to become stronger and more capable of resistance. Not sure why myself, considering by CnC3 we've worked out the resonance frequency of Tiberium, giving us sonic weapons capable of really screwing the Scrin over. It really depended on what Kane wanted. The Nod campaign was really ambiguous about that ending.

Pfft, the Fallout 3 video was stupid. I'm still really looking forward to it though.

At this point, humanity can't live with Tiberium and neither can it live without it. If it's eradicated, humanity will cave in and self destruct. If it's left, it will eventually overrun Earth.

Which wouldn't happen if the Earth was transformed - a completely new ecosystem, with the Tiberium possibly not evolving into a proton lattice. Remember Firestorm? The terraforming was already in an advanced enough stage, but of course GDI, with it's meddling, screwed the Earth over. Again.

Another point: what do we return to now, if we manage to clear Tiberium? Most of the wildlife is extinct and the ecosystem of the old Earth is absolutely defunct.

Perhaps with the tacitus tiberium could be contained, allowing for continued harvesting for minerals without a massive threat, as long as it is well reguated. Nod would have to be destroyed first, though. You're right about the ecosystems being ****ed though.
