Whoa.. left-click your own post 2 or 3 times really fast and see what happens... do it again (around the edges - not in the typing area) to finalize changes.

Edit: See, I just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance by double-clicking my post.

Leave the moderating for the moderators... Report at best but you're just annoying people with this if you're not going to try and be polite..

As for the topic, yeah the forums are updated to 3.5 beta 2 which adds nice features like this.

This is a really cool feature, it's a lot easier than having to mess about with different buttons, and is very quick and simple to use. Just double click, edit your post, and it's finished!

I like it a lot!
