Hey immacolata.
Do they have to write so cryptically in that article, anyway, at the end of the day, the ATI card is the most competent performer, it would have made sense to have that deal over Nvidia.

NVDA is the stock designation for nvidia. looks like it'll be a SP-only version for the bundles.

I don't get what the article is saying. What exactly were nvidia and ATI competing for? Their right to be bundled with the game?

Hi there maxx This forum seems to be haunted by the usual suspects.

To me the SP bundling is total pants and I ain't having
none of it. That is, if I have a choice I wouldn't mind a spiffy new R360, but I could also just go with the 9800 Pro once they lower the prices to make room for their new top-end performonster.

Ill probably end up just buying the game at release and then pick up a GFX card later, to hell with the bundle.

I think the article is a jab to the funny bone with a gist of truth or lie to it. Basically that Graphzilla (Nvidia) competed with ATi to win the right to have the game bundled with their new card- And that the version bundled will of course be the cheezed SP version, so that you must go out and spend another $40 on the "real" game after having spend $500 on the grahics card- which no sane man would buy unless he was a hardcore gamer. And which hardcore gamer does not want to be online???
