OK I don't remember where I heard this but there is supposed to be a new HL2 enemy:
The Butt Crab! :O
It latches on to your butt and you can't sit down, instead you walk around yelling "there's a crab on my arse!" and flail at it, smacking your own butt while yelling "who's your daddy, who's your daddy!" and people think you're weird so they run away!!! :cheese:
