Which Prima book are they talking about? The Raising the Bar, or the strategy guide?

It's not "Raising the Bar" - it's some hybrid that contains some of the stuff from "Raising", the strategy guide, and the mod makers guide (I think).

But I know that it's NOT the full version of "Raising the Bar".
