W00t!! Meqon 1.4 is out

Nothing really new actually, accept for the tank thing. Too bad they cut the 'procedural walk' out. So keep the 1.3.1 (if you have it).

It's also going to be the physics engine for Duke Nukem Forever.

As a side note; I got to see a sneak preview of this new version at ECTS so nerr!
