I have just changed my motherboard from an Asus P4t533-c to an Epox 8kda3j.
To connect the harddrive and floppy i used the cables that came with the new motherboard and to connect the DVD drive i am using the cable from my old set up.
When i switched on the computer for the first time i get a message listing all my drives with my HDD on IDE channel 0 and my DVD drive on IDE channel 1. However it says that IDE CHANNEL ONE NO 80 CONDUCTOR CABLE INSTALLED and POST stops here.
Can any help me please?
