new mobo

i might get a new mobo with picx and pci express. 2 questions:

1. When i hook up th new mobo, will my hardrive with old data and mobo driver work enough to install new drivers? in other works will i have to re-format?

2.Is agp reverse capable with Pci-Express?

1. It is highly recommend to reinstall when switching motherboard's. Generally when booting to an old installation of Windows it will give you a lovely Blue Screen because it is trying to use the drivers currently on the drive which are not for your new board.
2. AGP is a small brown slot and is Parallel. PCI Express 16X is rather long and is Serial.
It will absolutely not work. You would need a PCI Express GFX card.
