Din't valve announce that they would release the new CT & T model's before the end of this month? Well this is Feburary and this is the last day of the month, so where are the models?

There MAY be something tonight, a dip on status page, we'll just have to wait and see. Don't hold your breathe on it being models because it could be something else.

An update to Counter-Strike: Source has been released. The update will be applied automatically when your Steam client is restarted. The specific changes include:
Counter-Strike: Source
Added Leet and SAS player models
Fixed players being able to run up very steep slopes for short distances
Fixed low-violence models not animating properly
Improved player ragdolls
