New mouse bugs

For some reason on any game I set the extra mouse4,mouse5,mouse6,mouse7 buttons to nothing happens ingame... this has happened on hl2 and another game. I have a Razer diamondback mouse

you might need to configure the buttons with the software that came with it.

With my g7, I have to configure the buttons to keystrokes with setpoint for certain games and then is should work.

I think most games don't recognize the extra buttons

ya most likely no games do.... hls,css, postal2 nothing recognises them so i set marcoes to the keys that need to be used ingame but it only taps them so if you asign it to strae you strafe 1 foot then hit again etc its completely shit!

what mouse do you have? my Logitech MX510 has always worked perfectly for button configuring. The only game the special buttons don't work with is CoD (and I barely ever play that anyway)
