New Patch = less FPS

I was getting like 40 to 60 on dust and other maps, and after I got the new patch, now I get about 18 to 35 fps. what gives, I worked hard on tweaking the game and now its worse. Now im really pissed :angry:

I figured out teh problem, it was mat_bumpmap 0
but wow it went from 18 fps in one spot all the way up to 60-70, just this one command made the difference. but still, I used to have bumpmap on without any problems until the new patch came along.
