A Source Engine update is available and will be applied automatically when Steam is restarted. The change includes:

Fixed clients being able to kick other clients from a server

Also, on the update news INSIDE of Steam it says:

But it says that was on the 30th... but it's on the Steam Website... weird.

lol thats quite a big problem, glad to hear they fixed it, ive been playing for a while but I dont see any other improvements :/
