Just got my new setup:

AX8 Mobo
X800 Bravo
1gb pc3200
a64 3000+

The system boots up fine, then as soon as the windows (XP home) load screen comes up, it restarts. Running in safe mode reveals the last file loaded to be agp440.sys.

I thought it might be something to do with my new PCI-e motherboard.. an agp driver loading could obviously cause problems.

Any help much appreciated, I wanna get this mofo running!

You may have to have a fresh install of windows as its quite a dramatic hardware change. I would say if you can backup and reinstall windows. Even if its not the best way to fix the problem, a fresh install is best when you get new hardware like a new mobo.
