"New posts in this forum" bug

Ok, I really find this annoying. I keep a tab open in Opera with the Hl2.net forum index set to refresh, so I can see if there're any new posts. Now, the problem is if I post anything, the "new posts in this forums" thing (in the index) turns white. The only way to turn in back to blue is to go into the forum and check the thread which I just posted in. Anyway to fix this?

Don't hit refresh, just click the "new posts" button again.
