New Preload??

When i just started steam, it went back from 100% to 88%.... does this mean a new preload is here? is anybody else having this ? so far it 's happened to 2 pc's here.

Nothing here either, and Steam says both HL2 and CSS are fully up-to-date,

weird i have the same problem.

i actually noticed this a while ago.. reinstalled steam once and tried to dl the preload again.. but no luck.

I noticed it occured after a CSS update, it goes down but doesnt update because i havent got CSS to play yet (im buying retail)
I dont know if it should or not, but 88% seems to be the pre-load without CSS, so its not complete, therefore thinks its only 88% my theory...

That's right Glenn. You're at 88% because you haven't got the latest CS:S updates...like me.

I'm not entirely sure what this button is supposed to do. I think it's just there for looks.

I have the EXACT same thing, you can click that boy all day, but hes not having any of it! I'm glad im not alone on this planet
