New program lets you win money for each frag (CS 1.6 and Quake4)

I saw this in my pc gamer magazine and i havent heard of it before.

You decide how much money a frag is worth and everytime you kill someone you get money and everytime you die you loose money. You have to be 18 so i cant play need just about 1 more year and il be all over that place.

Has anyone here tryed it out? Is it really cheating safe?

I remember seeing something like this before, never tried it though. I believer there are strict rules to abide by.
