New PS3 Commercial . . . don't watch this if you are high or trippin'

Wow....... I never thought a commerical could be....that dumb. Although if they advertised it on the Sci-Fi channel, it would really fit.
 
ya i saw that live on tv. i was like wtfffff....there commercials make no sense at all; its almost like that one sprite commercial.
 
Wow, that was a freaky commercial...I was starting to get slightly scared.
 
I liked the commercial. It really highlighted the reasons I want to get a PS3. You know, the amazing graphics, the deep and involving gameplay. Yep, it really sold me on all of those qualities.

Also, I think that slogan sucks. I like MS's "Jump in" better. I mean, "Play beyond," what the hell does that mean? How about "Pay beyond." (Yus I thought that up all by myself i r smrt lol)

I like what the PS3 has to offer but the marketing for it is...very meh.
 
Good ad. It certainly makes us talk about it, it's not happy, happy,joy,joy play games or something like that shit. It's pretty dark and kickass.

Yeah, but it makes me want a PS3 even less. Because now I attach the image of the PS3 to the image of creepy sentient plastic babies with telekinesis and demon powers.
 
Maybe they are trying to prove that they are a "mature" console with their creepy advertising.

It is obviously trying to provoke. It's a metaphore for try me, I look like a welcoming cute console, but watch out, I'll rape your brain and make you cry your eyes inside out. Not for kiddies but for hardcore gamers. A sort of counteract to the Wii. Or something like that.
 
Hmmm. I didn't get it. It's just a baby staring at a PS3? What is it supposed to tell you? Is it the baby that gets amazed at how cool the console looks? Well, he's a baby, he doesn't know better. :P
