Does anyone else think the game looks twice as good now as in the last round of trailers? Unless those are just cinematic graphics (and it certainly looks like it's in-game), that's... wow. Some incredible detail there.

Edit - Voice acting is still pretty b-grade though, heh. Some serious lip syncing issues in a few spots... and what's with the sidekick doing a Lara Croft impression?

Yup, it looks pretty damn sexy, especially the environments. Ive been to africa alot and it does really look like that... very good job for those xenophobic Japanese dev's.

The lip syncing issue is probably because it was synced to Japanese. Hopefully they sync it to the English voice-overs in the final.

If it's anything like RE4 (WHICH I HIGHLY SUSPECT IT WILL BE OLOLOLOL) then it'll be an absolute blast. I'll be honest though.... I'll miss the Wii controls.

Hell yeah, the Wii controls on Resi 4 were a dream once you got used to them. Almost made the game too easy to play.

I hope it's not true because although I like the fact they are actually doing something with the story this time it would very disappointing for them to throw away a character needlessly and not at least send them off in a proper way.

There was a glimpse of a woman at the very end of one of the first trailers who was meant to be an old character (but I didn't really play them so I wouldn't know). She was in a stasis tube dealie, all floatin' about dead-like, and then at the last moment she opens her eye in true, cheesed-out horror fare.

So... zombie Jill?
