Here's a better link. 
I'd work on filling out the drums a little more. There's quite a bit of empty space (very quite/odd instruments), which could be utilized to help the groove along more. Take out that.. thing in the drum beat, it's very awkward, and doesn't fit in with the groove. I don't know what it is.. a clave or dull jam-block type thing? Don't know. But it doesn't fit, in my opinion.
Overall, work on establishing a more solid groove, and expand upon melodic ideas more; keep it fresh and what not. Also, work on the flow a lot more. The transitions were a bit weak.
