New steam files

Browsing through the directory I see that most files have now got created 8th feb, so I'm assuming those have all been updated.
The new additions related to the 'subscription' in the steam\cached folder, I do find the word subscription very intriging. As in the files:

You can notice a subscribe/unsubscribe button, this may just be for functionality but I wouldn't put it past the MMORG charging style hl2. But don't start flaming yet kiddies.
I haven't actually browsed through these files before but there seems to be all the necessary gubbins for integrating retail versions of cs:cz, enless this was used before for checking you're cd keys.
Other things to note are in steam\games, again I don't know if these have been here all the time but there are cs:cz & hl2 logos and credit card images are knocking about in cached.
So what does this all mean? Mostly nothing but I'm just making subtle links.

I think I looked at the folder with the Icons in it a while ago and the CZ/HL2 icons weren't there but the credit card thing has been there for ages.

I can also vaguely remember going through the .rez files to make a new Steam skin and those things weren't there but that probably just means I missed them.

Personally I think Steam is being primed for CZ not HL2, after CZ has been released I think there will be another major update (as in the servers are taken down) then HL2 will be released.

Uh, they have already said that you will be able to buy a pagage where you pay 9 a month to get every game hosted on steam.
