New to this...need a lil help

Couple of newbie questions...sorry, but I'm new at this...

First, how do I make it run as Team Deathmatch, and not just Deathmatch?

Second...for some reason, the 20 minute level max is not working...goes on and on and on....config is set as mp_timelimit 20

Team Deathmatch is set by server, join only Team Deathmatch servers

Wait, you're making servers? :O
