Holy shit, 100,000:1 contrast ratio?
1 milliseconds response time?
1080p?
And it won't really be more expensive than Plasmas/LCDs of the same sizes hopefully.
"That noted, previous reports on the technology state that it can be mass-produced on a cheaper scale than competing plasma or LCD televisions."

Boy, this'll be great, now I'll wait for this before I get me HDTV!:D

Looks pretty good.. would be great if they are actually affordable.

But also check out the BrightSide DR37-P. They're supposed to have 200,000:1, or actually infinite contrast, because the individual pixels can be turned off for total black, with 4,000 cd/m² peak luminance...

These will probably not be affordable for a while...

Ah yes, *drools*, those look so very nice indeed.
I can't wait for these. I wonder if they'll be available in 'monitor' sizes too.

this isnt new, carbon nano tubes is what they were originally going to call it i think

Nice. I think i'll wait a while before i buy a HDTV too :)

Man, those sound perfect! They need to make monitors out of them too.
