Is it just me or does those maps show incredibly poor level design and art? I've seen UT2k3 maps looking much better.

This game looks so crap ^^ I mean niiiiice screens and it might even be a real good game but honestly, it's obvious all they're doing is updating it to bring it up to date with all the other game companies' ideas. None the less I'll give it a shot, although I hated 2k3.

Wow I can't wait for this game. I am a master at mapping UT2003 and I can't wait to jump into this. My friend at another forum was offered a job at Epic as a level designer. He turned them down.

Ok, Epic has seriously mastered DX8, it's time for them to move on to some more complicated stuff. I haven't seen anything in those screens that suggests any DX9 effects.

If you guys like UT, you should definitely check out Unreal 2: XMP, the free multiplayer expansion comming out for U2. I've been beta testing it and it's a hell of a lot of fun.

It's not just you. The architectural design looks rather boring, IMO. It lacks something unique; something that would make it stand out more.

Just about every thread title in this forum is misleading, and almost half of them have little to no information about the content of the first post. They're mostly just weak attempts to induce intrigue. You should crack down on that crap.
