New update, June 23rd

Updates to Team Fortress 2 have been released. The updates will be applied automatically when your Steam client is restarted. The specific changes include:

Team Fortress 2


Reduced Medic's unlockable requirements to match that of the Pyro's. Medic players now meeting the requirements will receive their unlockables shortly after joining a server

Fixed Spy sapper viewmodel animation popping

Fixed another issue with the Hot on your Heels achievement

Incorporated the new Russian fonts into the base Team Fortress 2 fonts. Fixes the missing fonts problem when running in Russian with English VO

Before you had to have all of them to get the third milestone, now you only need 22.

I don't think they will, actually. It'd piss off everyone who has done it

Valve was sane. Anybody who gets pissed off because they had to work/farm harder to get their ubersaw should stfu.

GJ Valve, this is exactly what I wanted.

But they have ONE MORE QUEST before they receive the Grail of Game Development Perfection...! And that is to release the upcoming achievement packs for more than one class at a time.

That would be good, but I have to say I was surprised to have the Pyro update this soon. I think Valve has a much better sense of what works and what doesn't now, and we're likely to see quicker releases.

Unless, y'know, Valve starts acting like Valve again.
