New update makes TF freezes

I get weird freezes during the run of TF2. Let me explain: When I run the game, the Logo of Valve having a small freeze for a sec, then comes the background music of TF2, and it's freezing for mini-seconds all the time. Also the game play. I have a feeling it could be something to do with the adjustments of the Page Pool Memory feature.

Awhile ago I had crashes in EP1 when the sound loops and game freezes so I used this fix and it worked. However it could be that the fix is conflicting with VAVLe's fix but I don't know what was the default register value
 
I'm pretty sure that's what it is. Change it back to default.
 
Anyone remember what the default was? :& I'm not having this freezing problem, but just in case...
 
Alright, I got it back to default (all Zeros), it fixed the problem although it still lags at the beginning then it sort of fixing itself (or "adapting" the memory).

Somewhat I suspect it works slower than it was with the tweak. It works okay but not as fast and it also require of me to wait for the lag to "leave".

I now played for 2 levels and it worked okay (no crashes as would expected. Wonder if they also fixed EP1 and everything else crashing on Source) at the first level as I was playing it said something about "Warning: OS Pool Memory low" at the up right corner of the screen yet everything seem to be working well. It only shows this annoying message on the screen (makes it dirty). However I gonna live with that because it was really impossible to have a smooth game play with the Pool Memory tweak after the last update.
