New update = new crash?

Just curious if I'm the only one experiencing this. Makes for a very annoying gameplay. I'm too lazy to verify the files, and I haven't played anything besides Goldrush, so this is just a "Are you crashing now?" thread.

I don't experience any crashing since the update but have noticed an issue with performance and definitely a noticeable decline in frame rate. Achievements seem to be screwed up, too, since I've been gaining ones in a round that I don't meet all the requirements for.

I've crashed once - just mid-game, typing something, suddenly BIG FREEZE BAMN HL2.EXE HAS STOPPED WORKING

Other than that it's all fine.

Windowed mode makes it work, for a bit longer. I'm sure it's the map, since I was going to Goldrush and game crashed mid-load.

I've had the occational crash after the very latest update, i.e. this one

but it isn't often, I've been able to get many hours in a row fine.

Lucky you. Windowed mode let me play for a good hour or so. Then teh second it was going to goldrush, it was like "ALLOCATION DUMP 1212734612478 BLAH BLAH" I figured it was random, but that would be the 10th crash on that map, so I gave up.

Goldrush is messed up for me, i get wireframes in several places and i still haven't been able to complete a full game on it yet. Oh i get the hl2.exe crash on every map so i haven't a clue what Valve has done to mess everything up for me.

Yeah I've been crashing a lot lately. Glad I'm not the only one

I had a coupla crashes last night. Think it was related to graphical overload on my lame system, however.
