New VTF to TGA Program *Download*

Its such a long winded process - so i decided to venture out into the world wide web and find a program that could perform this task so much more easily.

Here it is

Remember, thank the creator, as i didnt make this - i merely discovered it.

How it works
1) Open it
2) Click on the texture tools tab
3) Load your VTF file
4) Click convert to TGA
5) Your file will appear where the VTF is located
